Return Policy

  • Returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number, which can be obtained by completing the form below.

  • All returns must be unworn, with tags attached and in the original manufacturers packaging.

  • Returns must include all original product packaging/tags and packaging must be in resaleable condition. For example, shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and the shoe box cannot be written on, crushed, taped or defaced in anyway.

  • Defective items will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of our returns department.

  • Costumes are considered a special occasion item and are returnable for exchange or store credit only. Costume purchases made between 10/22 - 10/31 are a final sale item and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Sale shoes are a final sale item and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Due to strict government regulations, lingerie, opened hosiery and swimwear can not be returned, so if you need help with sizes, please contact our customer service department prior to placing your order.

  • Returns or exchanges must be received within 30 days of purchase.

  • Shipping & handling charges are nonrefundable.

  • International exchanges are subject to a $20 shipping and handling charge.

  • Returned items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

  • Orders that are returned due to an incorrect address provided, or as "unclaimed", will be canceled and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Items that are returned that do not meet the guidelines above will be returned to you at your expense.
