We have just found out that our credit card processor, Authorize.net, has been offline for the past 12 hours due to a fire in their data center. Unfortunately for us, that means that our customers have been getting credit card errors for any orders that they have attempted to place within the last 10 – 12 hours. We have switched over to our secondary payment processor (Paypal) and there should be no problems processing payments at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. You can bet we are just as frustrated as anyone in regards to the unprofessionalism exhibited by Authorize.net! Rather then notifying their customers, they simply shut off their phones and set up a Twitter account. Seriously.

If you have recently placed an order and did not receive a credit card processing error, all is well with your order and it has been/will be processed and shipped shortly.

Shipping rates have been updated and the revised rates can be viewed here. Don’t worry, orders over $10 are still shipped FREE to the USA and Canada! Some rates went up, while others went down and we are now offering Express shipping worldwide.

The design for our Halloween mailer has just been completed and sent off to the printer. Yay! We’ve been going back and forth on the design so it’s good to have them complete and off the “to do” list. Here is a sneak peek:

Boy, oh boy, have we been busy!! Today we updated the website navigation, to make shopping and finding what you want a lot easier. We’ve recently added a new department for sexy clothing and clubwear. We’ve already received some super luxe fur jackets and a couple of new pleated skirts, but the entire collection should be added shortly.

We’ve also re-catagorized our shoe collection, since it has gotten so big. You can now shop by 3″ – 4″ heel height, 5″ – 6″ heel height or 7″ – 8″ heel height.
