won't my order go through or why is my order declined?
When you check out, make sure that the address
you enter matches the billing address on the credit card you
are using. If you are still having problems, please contact

We'll be happy to look into your order and we can process
it manually if need be.
What is my "Issue
Number"?
An issue number is only required if you are
using a credit card issued in the United Kingdom. If you are
not in the UK, you can leave the "Issue Number"
blank when you enter your credit card details.
I can't add anything
to my shopping cart!
This will happen if your internet browser (Internet
Explorer, Netscape, Firefox, Safari, etc) is set to not accept
cookies. To fix this, go to your browser "Preferences"
and set it to accept cookies. If you're still having problems,
email
customer service and one of our reps will be happy
to assist you.
Why is my discount or
free shipping not showing up?
When you receive a discount, or free shipping,
the deduction will show up on the last check out page, where
you enter your payment details. You will be able to review
the discount before you submit your order.
